Turns out this was a one-line fix for each affected field (change the binding from `ValidUrl` to `ValidSiteUrl`), but the tests are rather verbose. The tests are, however, each a simple flow of Create Thing > Try HTTP Website > Try Different Website (notice failure) > Try Different Website With New Config (notice success). I wrote this PR by adding failing tests first, then making the change, for each affected field.
Not sure if this should be "feat:" or "fix:" tbh. I figured "fix:" for this PR since IMO the expected behavior is for `VALID_SITE_URL_SCHEMES` to apply in each of these cases, not only for user profiles via the UI form. (Later changed to "feat:" at @limiting-factor's suggestion, based on the observation that this change extends documented behavior.)
This PR deals with the server-side validation only. #12991 covers client-side validation (deriving a `pattern` attribute from `VALID_SITE_URL_SCHEMES`, etc.)

While developing tests for #12092, I came across a case where making a comment on a single-commit doesn't include the correct diff for the comment. This is because code comment placement occurs between the PR's base and the commit being viewed, but, that diff could be different from the commit's parent to the commit, which is what is being viewed on a single-commit diff.
Similar to #12055, this PR changes code comments to be more precise in their diff generation by providing the backend with both the base commit (`before_commit_id`) and head commit (`after_commit_id`) currently being viewed. As a result, the diffs attached to comments should exactly match the diffs being viewed by the user when the comment was placed.

Do not allow credentials to be present in the URLs that are provided for
migrations and push mirrors. They have to be given via the dedicated

There's nothing wrong with trying have the backend "correct" this, but
would be a larger patch than necessary in the context of a security fix.
This can be done in public.
Adds the ability to selectively choose which branches are pushed to a mirror.
This change adds an additional text box on the repository settings for each push mirror. Existing behavior is preserved when the field is left blank.

- Integration test added.
- Resolves#4309
- Use the forked [binding](https://code.forgejo.org/go-chi/binding)
library. This library has two benefits, it removes the usage of
`github.com/goccy/go-json` (has no benefit as the minimo library is also
using it). It adds the `TrimSpace` feature, which will during the
binding part trim the spaces around the value it got from the form, this
is done before validation.
- Continuation of https://github.com/go-gitea/gitea/pull/18835 (by
@Gusted, so it's fine to change copyright holder to Forgejo).
- Add the option to use SSH for push mirrors, this would allow for the
deploy keys feature to be used and not require tokens to be used which
cannot be limited to a specific repository. The private key is stored
encrypted (via the `keying` module) on the database and NEVER given to
the user, to avoid accidental exposure and misuse.
- CAVEAT: This does require the `ssh` binary to be present, which may
not be available in containerized environments, this could be solved by
adding a SSH client into forgejo itself and use the forgejo binary as
SSH command, but should be done in another PR.
- CAVEAT: Mirroring of LFS content is not supported, this would require
the previous stated problem to be solved due to LFS authentication (an
attempt was made at forgejo/forgejo#2544).
- Integration test added.
- Resolves#4416
- Fix "WARNING: item list for enum is not a valid JSON array, using the
old deprecated format" messages from
https://github.com/go-swagger/go-swagger in the CI.
This PR split the `Board` into two parts. One is the struct has been
renamed to `Column` and the second we have a `Template Type`.
But to make it easier to review, this PR will not change the database
schemas, they are just renames. The database schema changes could be in
future PRs.

With this option, it is possible to require a linear commit history with

Closes#24906
This splits out the repository unit settings (formerly "Advanced
settings" under the repository settings page) into their own, separate
page.
The primary reason for this is that the settings page became long and
complicated, with a structure that not always made sense. A secondary
reason is that toggling units on and off should not necessarily be an
"advanced" setting. We want to make doing that easier, and having the
units on their own page helps with that.
This is basically a refactor, there is no new functionality introduced,
just an extra pair of routes for the new page, and the supporting code.

This is largely based on gitea#6312 by @ashimokawa, with updates and
fixes by myself, and incorporates the review feedback given in that pull
request, and more.
What this patch does is add a new "default_permissions" column to the
`repo_units` table (defaulting to read permission), adjusts the
permission checking code to take this into consideration, and then
exposes a setting that lets a repo administrator enable any user on a
Forgejo instance to edit the repo's wiki (effectively giving the wiki
unit of the repo "write" permissions by default).
By default, wikis will remain restricted to collaborators, but with the
new setting exposed, they can be turned into globally editable wikis.

As more and more options can be set for creating the repository, I don't
think we should put all of them into the creation web page which will
make things look complicated and confusing.
And I think we need some rules about how to decide which should/should
not be put in creating a repository page. One rule I can imagine is if
this option can be changed later and it's not a MUST on the creation,
then it can be removed on the page. So I found trust model is the first
one.
This PR removed the trust model selections on creating a repository web
page and kept others as before.
This is also a preparation for #23894 which will add a choice about SHA1
or SHA256 that cannot be changed once the repository created.
Fixes#27114.
* In Gitea 1.12 (#9532), a "dismiss stale approvals" branch protection
setting was introduced, for ignoring stale reviews when verifying the
approval count of a pull request.
* In Gitea 1.14 (#12674), the "dismiss review" feature was added.
* This caused confusion with users (#25858), as "dismiss" now means 2
different things.
* In Gitea 1.20 (#25882), the behavior of the "dismiss stale approvals"
branch protection was modified to actually dismiss the stale review.
For some users this new behavior of dismissing the stale reviews is not
desirable.
So this PR reintroduces the old behavior as a new "ignore stale
approvals" branch protection setting.
