Regression in #12776 -- `[service].REQUIRE_SIGNIN_VIEW` and `[service.explore].REQUIRE_SIGNIN_VIEW` values were being cached into a constructed middleware during module initialization, before the `settings` object had been initialized by reading settings from the config. As a result, neither setting applied to the middleware. Apparently zero automated tests cover this capability.
Fixed by changing the bool into a closure for realtime access to the setting. Added automated tests. Verified that the tests failed when broken.

First, why was this header here in the first place? Cloudflare!
Cloudflare had a optimization setting called "auto-minfy" and would
minify HTML,JS,CSS - this included removing extra whitespaces from
`<code>` elements. That's a problem because files are shown per-line
with a `<code>` element and thus results in indentation being completely
gone. Gitea added a FAQ entry for this [1], but on the same day decided
to add the workaround in Gitea, the `no-transform` header [2].
I can't find a reference of this option and some posts suggests it's
been removed. Thus it no longer serves a need to be present in Forgejo.
That wasn't my intentional motivation to remove this. This header is
also causing that HAProxy will not compress responses [3] from Forgejo
which is not ideal for Codeberg, this behavior cannot be turned off or
be worked around.
Potential risk, some other CDN or some other Cloudflare option might
still do this removal of whitespace in `<code>` HTML tags, it seems
better to disable the feature than to have Forgejo add a header which is
also causing other side-effects. I'm not aware of this another CDN of
Cloudflare option so I don't want to mark it as breaking.

#12202 began a refactor of Forgejo's authentication implementations by providing structured data on an authentication success. However, error cases were maintained as-is in that refactor, leaving a complex situation: what does returning an error from an authentication method mean?; does it mean that the authentication failed, or that a server error occurred? Can another authentication still be tried?
This PR changes authentication methods so that they can return one of four things:
- `AuthenticationSuccess` with an authentication result.
- `AuthenticationNotAttempted` which indicates that no credentials relevant for this authentication method were presented. If every method returned `AuthenticationNotAttempted`, then you would have an unauthenticated access.
- `AuthenticationAttemptedIncorrectCredential` which indicates that credentials were present and failed validation -- a situation indicating a `401 Unauthorized`.
- `AuthenticationError` which indicates that an internal server error occurred and failed authentication -- indicating a `500 Internal Server Error`.
This paves the way for one more refactor coming next: `basic.go` and `oauth2.go` perform 3-4 different authentications each (access tokens, oauth JWTs, actions tokens, actions JWTs, and username/password). With the capability to return these more precise responses, these authentication methods can be split up into separate logic that isn't intertwined together.

Currently authentication methods return information in two forms: they return who was authenticated as a `*user_model.User`, and then they insert key-values into `ctx.Data` which has critical impact on how the authenticated request is treated. This PR changes the authentication methods to return structured data in the form of an `AuthenticationResult`, with all the key-value information in `ctx.Data` being moved into methods on the `AuthenticationResult` interface.
Authentication workflows in Forgejo are a real mess. This is the first step in trying to clean it up and make the code predictable and reasonable, and is both follow-up work that was identified from the repo-specific access tokens (where the `"ApiTokenReducer"` key-value was added), and is pre-requisite work to future JWT enhancements that are [being discussed](https://codeberg.org/forgejo/forgejo/issues/3571#issuecomment-13268004).

For interoperability with reverse proxies and CDNs, setting a session
cookie for no good reason (login is a good reason) is a PITA, because it
makes caching of content for anonymous (not logged-in) users very hard,
requiring all kinds of special casing and error prone workarounds.
In particular in an age of exploitative AI bot crawling, being able to
serve content for anonymous users from a fast, efficient page cache is
an important option.
This patch lays a foundation by using an option added to go-chi/session
to not create session cookies always, but rather only when the

- The middleware that takes care of normalizing '//user2/////repo1' to
`/user2/repo1` would only set the normalized value to the Chi (Forgejo's
http router) `RoutePath` field, so Chi would correctly do the routing.
However not all components in Forgejo (like Forgejo's `context` module)
rely on Chi to get this updated path and some still rely on the value of
`(http.Request).URL.Path`, so always set the normalized value to the
http request.
- Adjusted unit test.
- Resolvesforgejo/forgejo#6822
- The related issue was caused by
751a3da979/services/context/context.go (L115)
using the value of the http request on not that was set in the Chi context.
- For every process that is spawned (every new non-trivial goroutine
such as http requests, queues or tasks) start a [execution
tracer](https://pkg.go.dev/runtime/trace). This allows very precise
diagnosis of how each individual process over a time period.
- It's safe and [fast](https://go.dev/blog/execution-traces-2024#low-overhead-tracing) to
be run in production, hence no setting to disable this. There's only
noticable overhead when tracing is actually performed and not continuous.
- Proper tracing support would mean the codebase would be full of
`trace.WithRegion` and `trace.Log`, which feels premature for this patch
as there's no real-world usage yet to indicate which places would need
this the most. So far only Git commands and SQL queries receive somewhat
proper tracing support given that these are used throughout the codebase.
- Make git commands a new process type.
- Add tracing to diagnosis zip file.
Extend API MarkupOptions to contain branch path.
The `api.MarkupOptions{}` to have `BranchPath` which contains the
current branch. The `RenderMarkup` function utilizes a struct since there
are too many variables passed as arguments and that is not a good sign
for readability.
And `repo-editor.js` will contain a new form data which is `branch-path`
which will then be utilized by `edit.tmpl` as `data-branch-path`.

This PR refactors the rendering of markup links. The old code uses
`strings.Replace` to change some urls while the new code uses more
context to decide which link should be generated.
The added tests should ensure the same output for the old and new
behaviour (besides the bug).
We may need to refactor the rendering a bit more to make it clear how
the different helper methods render the input string. There are lots of
options (resolve links / images / mentions / git hashes / emojis / ...)
but you don't really know what helper uses which options. For example,
we currently support images in the user description which should not be

After many refactoring PRs for the "locale" and "template context
function", now the ".locale" is not needed for web templates any more.
This PR does a clean up for:
1. Remove `ctx.Data["locale"]` for web context.
2. Use `ctx.Locale` in `500.tmpl`, for consistency.
3. Add a test check for `500 page` locale usage.
4. Remove the `Str2html` and `DotEscape` from mail template context
data, they are copy&paste errors introduced by #19169 and #16200 . These
functions are template functions (provided by the common renderer), but
not template data variables.
5. Make email `SendAsync` function mockable (I was planning to add more
tests but it would make this PR much too complex, so the tests could be
done in another PR)
This PR reduces the complexity of the system setting system.
It only needs one line to introduce a new option, and the option can be
used anywhere out-of-box.
It is still high-performant (and more performant) because the config
values are cached in the config system.
This PR removed `unittest.MainTest` the second parameter
`TestOptions.GiteaRoot`. Now it detects the root directory by current
working directory.

* `{{template "sub" (dict "root" $)}}`

With context function: only need to `{{ctx.Locale.Tr ...}}`
The "ctx" could be considered as a super-global variable for all
templates including sub-templates.
To avoid potential risks (any bug in the template context function
package), this PR only starts using "ctx" in "head.tmpl" and
"footer.tmpl" and it has a "DataRaceCheck". If there is anything wrong,
the code can be fixed or reverted easily.
The admin config page has been broken for many many times, a little
refactoring would make this page panic.

## ⚠️ Breaking
The `log.<mode>.<logger>` style config has been dropped. If you used it,
please check the new config manual & app.example.ini to make your
instance output logs as expected.
Although many legacy options still work, it's encouraged to upgrade to
the new options.
The SMTP logger is deleted because SMTP is not suitable to collect logs.
If you have manually configured Gitea log options, please confirm the
logger system works as expected after upgrading.
## Description
Close#12082 and maybe more log-related issues, resolve some related
FIXMEs in old code (which seems unfixable before)
Just like rewriting queue #24505 : make code maintainable, clear legacy
bugs, and add the ability to support more writers (eg: JSON, structured
log)
There is a new document (with examples): `logging-config.en-us.md`
This PR is safer than the queue rewriting, because it's just for
logging, it won't break other logic.
## The old problems
The logging system is quite old and difficult to maintain:
* Unclear concepts: Logger, NamedLogger, MultiChannelledLogger,
SubLogger, EventLogger, WriterLogger etc
* Some code is diffuclt to konw whether it is right:
`log.DelNamedLogger("console")` vs `log.DelNamedLogger(log.DEFAULT)` vs
`log.DelLogger("console")`
* The old system heavily depends on ini config system, it's difficult to
create new logger for different purpose, and it's very fragile.
* The "color" trick is difficult to use and read, many colors are
unnecessary, and in the future structured log could help
* It's difficult to add other log formats, eg: JSON format
* The log outputer doesn't have full control of its goroutine, it's
difficult to make outputer have advanced behaviors
* The logs could be lost in some cases: eg: no Fatal error when using
CLI.
* Config options are passed by JSON, which is quite fragile.
* INI package makes the KEY in `[log]` section visible in `[log.sub1]`
and `[log.sub1.subA]`, this behavior is quite fragile and would cause
more unclear problems, and there is no strong requirement to support
`log.<mode>.<logger>` syntax.
## The new design
See `logger.go` for documents.

Replace #16455Close#21803
Mixing different Gitea contexts together causes some problems:
1. Unable to respond proper content when error occurs, eg: Web should
respond HTML while API should respond JSON
2. Unclear dependency, eg: it's unclear when Context is used in
APIContext, which fields should be initialized, which methods are
necessary.
To make things clear, this PR introduces a Base context, it only
provides basic Req/Resp/Data features.
This PR mainly moves code. There are still many legacy problems and
TODOs in code, leave unrelated changes to future PRs.
Partially for #24457
Major changes:
1. The old `signedUserNameStringPointerKey` is quite hacky, use
`ctx.Data[SignedUser]` instead
2. Move duplicate code from `Contexter` to `CommonTemplateContextData`
3. Remove incorrect copying&pasting code `ctx.Data["Err_Password"] =
true` in API handlers
4. Use one unique `RenderPanicErrorPage` for panic error page rendering
5. Move `stripSlashesMiddleware` to be the first middleware
6. Install global panic recovery handler, it works for both `install`

7. Make `500.tmpl` only depend minimal template functions/variables,
avoid triggering new panics
