423b5c029c feat(ui): modernize hidden comment types checkboxes in appearance settings (#13044)
Changes

- use native fieldset and checkboxes instead of fomantic. As a result, the code is simpler and changing the checkbox state by clicking the text works without JS by native `label` behavior instead of fomantic scripted behavior.
- show tooltips as help hints. This is better because in a large list with only two items having tooltips the user doesn't have to guess which ones have a tooltip. And it is more touchscreen friendly.

408572dd35 feat: in-browser validation of website URLs for user, repository, and organization profiles (#12991)
This PR pertains to the client-side validation of the Website input on user, repo, and org profiles. #12962 extends `[service].VALID_SITE_URL_SCHEMES` to cover Website fields on repo and org profiles, where before that config key only applied to the one on user profiles. If that change merges, it will then be possible to construct an HTML [`pattern`](https://developer.mozilla.org/docs/Web/HTML/Reference/Elements/input#pattern) attribute for general use on any Website form input that the server validates this way, thus enabling browsers to catch errors early relating to URL scheme confusion.

This PR (1) introduces such a `pattern` attribute, and (2) adds a new UI note to make clear to users which URL schemes are permitted. This change helps explain the browser's otherwise cryptic error messages regarding pattern mismatch, while also letting users know what URI schemes the Forgejo instance supports as Website links (e.g. gemini:// URLs).

![A text field labeled "Website", with a note below which reads, "Allowed URL schemes include: http, https"](/attachments/304e17ee-b5aa-414e-a4fa-d48639336c6c)

This MUST NOT merge before #12962. To do so would introduce a regression wherein the UI may suggest and validate a different set of allowed URL schemes than the server actually permits.

6d522ecba0 feat: add "Forgejo Actions (Local)" authorized integration UI (#12672)
Extracts the separate concepts for different UIs out of the original implementation, and then adds the new UI for Forgejo Actions (Local). Manual end-to-end testing was performed on all variations of the "workflow file", "git reference", and "event" filter options as well. They're covered by test automation, but not in an end-to-end manner.

8d50e7b25e feat: create new authorized integration in web UI (#12613)
Extends work completed in #12601 to enable creating new authorized integrations in the web UI. This UI is identical to the edit experience, except: "Audience" is only presented once the object is saved, "Save authorized integration is changed to "Create authorized integration", and performing the create redirects to the completed object to access the audience rather than redirecting the list page.

A drop-down menu is used for the "UI" of the new authorized integration, even though only the generic "write your own rule" UI is currently implemented.

cf087a2f12 feat: ability to edit authorized integration in web UI (#12601)
Extends the UI introduced in #12558 to have edit capabilities. (not in scope: "Add" for a new Authorized Integration will be the next update to this UI; `create-authorized-integration` CLI is still the only way to create a new record)

This PR includes a few refactoring steps. The goal of these steps is to have `services/auth` be a single entrypoint for validating, inserting, or updating an authorized integration. Some logic is moved out of `services/authz` because it is not authorization related, and some is moved out of `services/auth/method` to allow it to be reused during validation without creating a cyclical module dependency.

This PR also adds comprehensive validation to the more complex fields in the authorized integration, such as the issuer and claim rules. This validation applies to the `forgejo admin user create-authorized-integration` CLI as well.

The visible UI is the same as #12558, but with a "Save" button, and the ability to display errors:

aef91ab1a3 ui: move "New access token" to a separate UI page (#11659)
We are updating the user's personal access token page (`/user/settings/applications`) to allow the creation of repo-specific tokens, adding a third option to "Repository and Organization Access". In preparation for this new UI, this PR moves the creation of access tokens to a new page accessed by "New access token".

This also resolves a pet-peeve: the "Select permissions" dropdown on the inline edit form hides a *required* input for an access token. This section is expanded on the new dedicated page. (The Vue component used here is replaced with a JS-free alternative as well. This form component used to lose selected values when an error occurred, and it didn't make sense as a Vue component, so it has been translated into an HTML template instead.)

2963572845 feat: add form-based runner management (#11516)
Forgejo Runner is deprecating the runner registration token. It is too powerful, requires tooling, and is unnecessary. As a consequence, users need new mechanisms for managing runners in Forgejo. https://codeberg.org/forgejo/forgejo/pulls/10677 added an HTTP API for runner registration. This PR adds the ability to manage runners using Forgejo's web interface.

Runners can be added, modified, and deleted. It is also possible to regenerate a runner's token. When a runner is added or a runner's token is regenerated, setup instructions are displayed. They explain how to alter Forgejo Runner's configuration file or how to launch `forgejo-runner daemon` (yet to be implemented). The existing details page has been overhauled and is now accessible to all users that are allowed to use a particular runner. The details page displays additional information that had to be removed from the list of runners due to space constraints. The task list is filtered. That means it only lists jobs of the respective repository, user, or organization.

The runner registration token has been marked as deprecated.

See https://code.forgejo.org/forgejo/forgejo-actions-feature-requests/issues/88 for context and design considerations.

7ed496ea37 fix: reflect allowed username change in profile setting (#11171)
- When working forgejo/forgejo!8714 I did not touch the UI to remove the
note and `disabled` attribute. This was not intentional, and was likely
caused by me straight going for testing (as the backend code would allow
the username change).
- Slightly refactor the context to a common function, don't hard error
if `CanUserRename` fails but does default to that you cannot rename in
that case (which is the standard behavior of OAuth2 users anyway).

I already was aware that it seems !8714 wasn't working on Codeberg but someone at FOSDEM pointed it out again, thus the reason for this bug fix.

1ef5496055 feat: use AppDomain for key verification (#10429)
Fixes #10416
Followup to a hardcoded string in [gitea#17743](https://github.com/go-gitea/gitea/pull/17743)

* instead of using a hardcoded namespace, use the configured application domain
    * `ssh-keygen` refuses to work with empty namespace, but `Domain` falls back to `localhost`:
    95dca7ff57/modules/setting/server.go (L192)
    * since `VerifySSHKey` verifies the namespace, I think that using a mostly-unique string instead of a hardcoded one doesn't hurt. Here's what `man ssh-keygen` says on the topic:
      > An additional signature namespace, used to prevent signature confusion across different domains of use (e.g. file signing vs email signing) must be provided via the -n flag. Namespaces are arbitrary strings, and may include: “file” for file signing, “email” for email signing. For custom uses, it is recommended to use
names following a NAMESPACE@YOUR.DOMAIN pattern to generate unambiguous namespaces.

## Testing

There's a test `TestFromOpenSSH` but it uses a hardcoded default namespace `file`:
95dca7ff57/models/asymkey/ssh_key_test.go (L334)

Replace the anti-CSRF token with a [cross origin protection by Go](https://go.dev/doc/go1.25#nethttppkgnethttp) that uses a stateless way of verifying if a request was cross origin or not. This allows is to remove al lot of code and replace it with a few lines of code and we no longer have to hand roll this protection. The new protection uses indicators by the browser itself that indicate if the request is cross-origin, thus we no longer have to take care of ensuring the generated CSRF token is passed back to the server any request by the the browser will have send this indicator.

* Make danger buttons brighter - followup https://codeberg.org/forgejo/forgejo/pulls/9652#issuecomment-7803875
The new lightness 0.26 is same as lightness of --color-box-body instead of being darker than it, so the form controls aren't darker than the background they're on which might look bad. Looks pretty good, the calculated contrast is fine.

* Consistently apply medium font-weight to all buttons - followup https://codeberg.org/forgejo/forgejo/pulls/9652#issuecomment-7783718
    * This improves readability a lot. The previous normal weight was only chosen because some of the buttons had it, which wasn't a good excuse. We also have buttons with medium, and they are easier to read.

d6838462b8 feat: Global 2FA enforcement (#8753)
resolves #8549

This PR add a config to enforce 2FA for the whole Forgejo instance. It can be configured to `none`, `admin` or `all`.
A user who is required to enable 2FA is like a disabled user. He can only see the `/user/settings/security`-Page to enable 2FA, this should be similar to a user which needs to change his password. Also api and git-commands are not allowed.

ae785c1aa2 fix: make ssh key verification command more robust (#8821)
This is a follow-up to a13414341b.

There are two situations where the previous verification command could
fail:

* The user has an SSH key in a normal file, but no running SSH agent.

* The user uses a special SSH agent, but it's not specified via the
  SSH_AUTH_SOCK variable.

To fix that, we provide two separate commands to copy-paste. One
for file-based keys and one for agent-based keys. People using
file-based keys with a path other than the standard `~/.ssh/id_ed25519`
should notice themselves what to change. People using an SSH agent
get a little hint to make sure the SSH_AUTH_SOCK variable is set.

a13414341b feat: inline public ssh key in verification command (#7516)
This makes it easier for people to verify their SSH key with various
setups. People with a key stored in a file won't have to manually
substitute the correct file path anymore. People who store their SSH
key in a password manager and access it via an ssh-agent won't have
to copy the private key to a temporary file or figure out the process
substitution thing anymore.

A slight disadvantage is that the fish shell doesn't have the same
syntax for process substitution as POSIX shells. For that reason, a
default-collapsed box with a custom command for fish users is provided,
just like for the Windows shells.

The Windows shells do not have an equivalent to process substitution, so
those commands remain unchanged.

2024031a7a Simplify pronouns in user settings (#6835)
The main change here is to use `datalist` for pronouns This supports
(see also docs[1]):

* Displaying the value already set by the user (if any), otherwise
* Presenting a list of common options to the user, and
* Allowing them to freely enter any value

This setup requires no additional JS and resolves[2].

This is different from the previous flow which used, if JS was available:

* A menu for a default 'recognised' set of pronouns, and if the user
  wanted another value:
* An extra text div if the user wanted to enter custom pronouns

Without JS enabled both the menu and the custom text div would always be
displayed.

This change means there's no longer a distinction between 'custom' and
'recognised' pronouns (this difference looks to have only been made in

77a1af5ab8 feat(ui): add quota overview (#6602)
Add UI to the quota feature to see what quotas applies to you and if you're exceeding any quota, it's designed to be a general size overview although it's exclusively filled with quota features for now. There's also no UI to see what item is actually taking in the most size. Purely an quota overview.

a1486b0ee4 feat: add pronoun privacy option (#6773)
This commit contains UI changes, tests and migrations for a feature
that lets users optionally hide their pronouns from the general
public. This is useful if a person wants to disclose that
information to a smaller set of people on a local instance
belonging to a local community/association.

a9c97110f9 feat: add configurable cooldown to claim usernames (#6422)
Add a new option that allows instances to set a cooldown period to claim
old usernames. In the context of public instances this can be used to
prevent old usernames to be claimed after they are free and allow
graceful migration (by making use of the redirect feature) to a new
username. The granularity of this cooldown is a day. By default this
feature is disabled and thus no cooldown period.

The `CreatedUnix` column is added the `user_redirect` table, for
existing redirects the timestamp is simply zero as we simply do not know
when they were created and are likely already over the cooldown period
if the instance configures one.

Users can always reclaim their 'old' user name again within the cooldown
period. Users can also always reclaim 'old' names of organization they
currently own within the cooldown period.

Creating and renaming users as an admin user are not affected by the
cooldown period for moderation and user support reasons.

To avoid abuse of the cooldown feature, such that a user holds a lot of
usernames, a new option is added `MAX_USER_REDIRECTS` which sets a limit
to the amount of user redirects a user may have, by default this is
disabled. If a cooldown period is set then the default is 5. This
feature operates independently of the cooldown period feature.

Added integration and unit testing.

UI/UX:

- Removes section about primary email which is no longer managed in the
  profile section.
- Fixes section about primary email not displaying in user settings when notifications are
  not available.
- Removes primary email display, because it is not actually a form

3e1d5cc447 feat(ui): better activity messages for cases of private profiles (#5638)
* added a message for the case where the user's profile is private but the Public activity is not hidden
The activity is still hidden anyway because the profile is private, but previously the message would say:
`Your activity is visible to everyone, except for interactions in private spaces...`
which I would consider as a flaw of the original implementation. Now it will say:
`Your activity is only visible to you and the instance administrators because your profile is private...`
* started showing the message for admins that the activity they see should remain private in the case
where the whole profile is private, not just the activity tab. Previously it would say:
This activity is visible to everyone, but as an administrator you can also see interactions in private spaces.`
which I would also consider as a flaw of the original implementation. Now it will say:
`This activity is visible to you because you're an administrator, but the user wants it to remain private.`
* added test cases
* bumped up the number of our GPL-licensed files

Preview
For both screenshots, Forgejo would previously display misinformation.
