While reviewing https://codeberg.org/forgejo/forgejo/pulls/13442 I noticed there are no tests verifying the container template rendering actually works as expected. This PR adds tests to cover the basics and will fail if rendering is broken, for instance if there is a typo in a template variable name. It is best reviewed per-commit: there are minor refactors to avoid variable name / package name conflicts and get rid of hardcoded values. ## Checklist The [contributor guide](https://forgejo.org/docs/next/contributor/) contains information that will be helpful to first time contributors.
