**Backport:** https://codeberg.org/forgejo/forgejo/pulls/13498 Regression of forgejo/forgejo!10927 which added a form on each repository page and was now being returned for the query used in wiki editing. Resolves forgejo/forgejo#13491 Make the query such that it gets the form that contains the editor container.
