Roman K. 5f706fa562 fix: typo in Actions.SkipWorkflowStrings ini tag (#10165) ... Fix a typo in the `ini` struct tag for `Actions.SkipWorkflowStrings` in the actions settings. Because of this, the config loader does not recognize the tag, and the `SKIP_WORKFLOW_STRINGS` option from the `[actions]` section in the config file is ignored.
