Cameron Radmore 7f21b64607 fix: switch search syntax modal from table to grid (#13171) ... This PR fixes a regression noticed by @0ko caused by changes from PR !12491 The switch to using logical css properties had a regression as the `text-align: start`wasn't propagating to the th element like `text-align: left` was.
