oliverpool ee846b3c96 cleanup(tests): remove unused git hooks directories in testdata (#12824) ... Since forgejo/forgejo!10397 and forgejo/forgejo!12335 have landed, there shouldn't be a need for the `hooks` directory in each repository. This PR cleans up the `tests/gitea-repositories-meta/*` testdata.
