Clouds e847a11127 chore: bump golangci-lint version (#13211) ... As described in https://codeberg.org/forgejo/forgejo/issues/13205, golangci-lint introduced a new linting rule related to iterating over slices in reverse. This PR updates golangci-lint to the newest otherwise functioning version (v2.12.1) and makes all code compliant with the newly introduced rule.
